Harper is a 16 year old girl who lives with her father in Denver. As a child, Harper was abandoned by her mother, who was an alcoholic and suffered from bipolarity. Through the years, her mother has been trying to reach her but Harper has never forgave her for leaving her and her father, causing her to be very reserved. Since then, Harper has a complicated relationship with her father, even more so after he became engaged to another woman. Harper sees her life take an unexpected turn because of the engagement, as she is forced to move to a new town where she doesn't want to live, in Westchester, Scarsdale. She will find herself lost has she meets a handsome and mysterious new housemate.

While Soobin was a trainee, he met a fellow trainee and both of them became instantly friends. Neither of them could tell why they were so instantly drawn to each other at first, but eventually, as time passed, they finally understood...they were meant to be lovers.
