Charlie Asher has stayed true to her small town roots, despite her new big city life. All that changes though with the onset of the "epidemic"...aka the zombie apocalypse. She's forced to deal with loss, loneliness, and the grueling challenge for survival every single day. She doesn't have much left to remember her old life besides an old, dinged up i-pod that doesn't even work, and of course her memories. Until one day, she comes face to face with an important piece of her past. Her long lost childhood friend, Daryl Dixon. After a decade of zero contact, preceded by a bitter fallout, how will these two handle their unexpected reunion?

This is a Sequel to Dixon Bloodfall. It has been five years since Quinn was told by the dying Merle Dixon to run - run away, as fast as she could, minutes before he was rescued by his group. Five years since she first told herself he was dead, and that they'd be better off if she were too - and five years since she had first found Evangrove, a near carbon copy of Woodbury in northern Pennsylvania. However, today, she finds the man she left for dead all those years ago - and wonders if history truly repeats itself. Time has changed everything, and everyone. In a long term scouting mission assigned by Rick, the Dixon brothers agree to head for the north and investigate the rumors of a self sustaining society, hoping for the best but expecting the worst. Daryl can’t get over the jealousy Quinn caused him, and Merle can’t get over her absence - but everybody will have to surpass their own obstacles if they want to make it out of Evangrove alive. Flashbacks are in italic. The Walking Dead does not belong to me, and all characters besides my own, belong to them. Once again, all credit belongs to AMC's The Walking Dead, all that belongs to me are my original ideas and my character.
