Newt is a suicidal teen who feels he is worthless. Thomas as has had feelings for the boy for a short while but doesn't know much about him. Will he still feel the same when he finds out what's under that fake smile?

When he's put in a mental institution for his extreme OCD, depression and anxiety, he meets some unlikely friends. And possibly the boy he's been looking for his whole life. But can he trust him?
