After the first two wars in Japan, kids all over the world have started been born with quirks and has started a rift between Quirked and Quirkless. Soon riots and fights start and the world once again has fallen into war. ____ Arashi Namari survived two wars at the age of 16 and now seven years later she unknowingly walks into the middle of another one after she signs up for the World Heroes Association's Hero Interchange. She ends up in Otheon, where she suddenly starts working with an unexpected old friend. But as time goes on she starts to notice too many coincidences in going on in their lives. She starts to wonder if they actually are coincidence or if it's all fabricated. Because if she doesn't believe in one things, its fate.

Aoi, a girl with split personality issues, is trapped under the debate over whether she should be a hero or a villain. Her doubt and her inability to choose a path will take her through several adventures which will slowly destroy the world around her. . ~~~~ . Things, however, didn't go the way she expected, and after accidently revealing a secret she swore to never tell, and bonding with people from class 1-A, she realized that maybe, just maybe, working for the Villain side wasn't actually as great as she thought.
