Chin Feng is apart of the Chin family branch. He was born blind and because he's unable to see he learned to get around through sound and smell. Although Chin Feng is apart of the Three Major Families in Cement City he is born in the side branch therefore he grew up in a poor village. Growing up Chin Feng had to learn to hunt and over the years (12 yrs now) he became a good hunter using his father's bow.
