Hope attends the Salvatore Boarding School for the Young and Gifted while Nina tries to live her life without Klaus. Then Nina discovers that she is pregnant again - the second miracle fathered by Klaus. Soon, Nina struggles with how her vampire side could affect her unborn child and if she should tell Klaus. She knew how hard it was for him to leave Hope, but what would happen if he learns that he has another child? Would he come running back with The Hollow still inside him?
