These strange events include the mech's faces appearing when not pilots are present in the cockpit and the act of moving on their own. Eventually these strange occurrences lead to a shocking discovery, the Franxx have come to life and have personalities that are combinations of both their pilot's personality's. If that wasn't enough the Franxx start referring to their pilots as they're parents. Someone help this poor group of teenagers.
