First off I haven't fully watched Game of Thrones, so please forgive me and if I screw up the plot then let me know and I'll revitalize it. Katherine Stark is the second oldest child of Ned Stark. She was raised as a proper lady, but war changes things, changes people. Sometimes the most proper of ladies can become a dragon's nightmare. Basically this is how I would envision Katherine Pierce in Game of Thrones, she won't start as a vampire but will become one. All rights to HBO and CW.
