In some nights, Jade dreams of a guy. It has been like this since, oh, how long now? A couple of months? For the last couple of months Jade can remember; she has dreamt of a guy with long chocolate brown hair and ice blue eyes. He has a sweet voice that she always carries with her. The guy and Jade are best friends and they talk about everything in her dreams. He often plays guitar. Always the same song. Both have troubled thoughts and tangled pasts. Both are so afraid of being hurt. Both are so confused by life. But Jade doesn't just dream of him. She is haunted. She's haunted by memories, thoughts and her past, but also the present. Jade moved away from her hometown to escape it all, but will it catch up with her? The writing is her passion, as she writes down dreams and poems. One day, she sees the ice blue eyes again.
