Tony Stark and Steve Rogers were in love. As simple as that. Except for the world to be constantly at war, that is. - All the characters and most of the events happening are property of Marvel. I do not own any of the storyline coming from the movies "Marvel Studio's The Avengers" or "Marvel Studio's Avengers: Age of Ultron" or characters coming from it. I respect and appreciate every single detail from it, I just changed a few things in order for my ship to finally sail. - COMPLETED (under slow editing) - I do not agree with 100% of all the writing anymore (why did I think that using the phrase "not like the other girls" was ever a good idea?) but I haven't gotten there with the editing yet sooooo yeah.

It wasn't like Tony Stark had any real worries. He was dating Americas sweetheart hero, Steve Rogers aka Captain America. All The Avengers lived in Stark Tower and life seemed to be calming down. Or so they all thought, who knew that with the return of Bucky Barnes, Tony would be kidnapped, tortured again, and forced to depend on his team for his life. This time off the battle field and on the home front, forcing Steve to make a decision that may cost someone their life...

(Finished but in editing! Just warning in case things don't line up!) Avengers Tower, three weeks after the Chitauri's attack on New York. The Avengers are moving into the Stark tower (now known as Avenger's tower) and Tony isn't sure if he's ready for that. The playboy is still caught on what he'd done, what could have happened... and the stress seems to eat at him, tearing him apart from the inside out. Things quickly take a bizarre turn as Tony finds himself confused about his feelings for his newly found blonde companion, a young hero appears and claims Steve to be the reason for his loss in the attack, and a dangerous new threat is made by the groups own hands. Secrets begin to pile up, romances fall apart, and attacks becoming more brutal each day. Can the Avengers manage to keep themselves together, work through their issues, figure out who their hearts really belong to, and save the world yet again? (This is my first fanfiction or story of any kind really so................. forgive me if it sucks and uh. If you see anything you really like or notice my grammar skills are off feel free to comment. Yes. I did switch the timeline up so Buck is alive BEFORE Avengers. Obviously, I don't own the fan-art or any of these characters or anything from the Marvel MCU really.) A world where the avengers don't exist, neither do aliens, or ultron, or hydra. Steve Rogers and tony stark living a somewhat normal life in Brooklyn but still facing many more challenges any normal person would have to deal with.

Tony is an emotional wreck and the reason why is about 6 feet tall, blue eyed, a superhero with a great body and is (almost) as stubborn as Tony is.
