This is a Deku vigilante AU(UA backwards, huh?). While this has no real reason, I seem to enjoy these more when browsing WattPad and thought, "why the hell not? But leaked information led to an attack on the island with the Americans taking over the island, turning it to a military camp for all the captives they had. One of which was a tiny and frail greenette who unfortunately did not manifest a quirk at age 4 and was deemed quirkless. Little did they know Izuku was not a normal quirkless child...
