Deku (Midoriya) is a new transfer student and Todoroki and bakugo both are bad boys so everyone know (except Midoriya) not to mess with them. Todoroki is forced to be friends with him because in is last school he had no friends so he do this to help him. Is this a mistake or does the principle see that it will be more. So the Neko population has dropped expediently and is very close to extinction. Nekos are humans with cat characteristics. Ears, tail, heats, senses, agility, flexibility and ect.
