He starts running drugs for extra cash and runs into trouble when a group of scientists try to steal his delivery of Trigger (a drug that enhances the users quirk temporarily) off him. They release some sort of monster on him and to get away he injects himself with the drug, enhancing his own quirk. Except it isn't temporary, it sticks around. So now he's got a way better, not crappy quirk. Becoming a teenage vigilante is the logical next step, of course. Meeting Eraserhead was purely an accident and anything past that was just bad luck. (obviously I don't own bnha. I feel like all my stories center around U.A and school life so I wanted to shake things up with a character that doesn't enter U.A at all. I also wanted to work with a quirk that looks pretty unassuming at first.)

A group of notorious villains plan to use the quirks of 6 hostages to open a portal to another world so they can summon someone more powerful than All Might. Everyone thought they would fail but when the hideout is raided and the villains are arrested they find a boy. Oyama Sanyu is a hero from another world where no one is born with powers and quirks aren't a thing. The fact he has powers at all is kind of a mistake. He's saved the world more times than he can count on one hand and has the scars to prove it. To all the adults in this world though, he's just a traumatized kid. (Obviously I don't own BNHA or anything other than Oyama Sanyu himself. I really hope you guys like my fic!
