One of the first lessons that Nya can ever remember from her brother is to look at the facts in front of her, no matter how great or stupid it is. She supposes that he should be right, especially given the fact that he was old, and yet she can't help but doubt the facts as she lays them out in front of her, especially when the facts that she finds only point to something only a crazy person would conclude. Fact 1: She was an 18-year-old girl that was living alone without her brother for the first time ever. Fact 2: She was incredibly lonely and scared of a city that was miles away from anyone and everything she knew. Fact 3: She can hear a voice that isn't her own.

Jay is leaning on her in the dark, taking some of the weight off of his own shoulders. She doesn't mind; it means she can feel his heartbeat next to hers. It makes everything feel right again. He's the only one who never lets her down, no matter how hard she tries. Her eyes are closed, and she can hear him breathing. It sounds steady, even, like someone who isn't struggling with a million different emotions at once. Like someone she trusts more than anyone else. "I love you," she whispers, because she can't help herself. Because she's been trying to say it since the moment they met, and he still hasn't heard her. "So much." The words hang between them, unspoken, until finally Jay says, "And I love you." He closes his eyes tightly and exhales, and she knows it's going to be okay. Seven small stories composed from prompt given for Jaya Week 2022

Takes place a year after Skybound. This is an AU where instead of Jay going in the portal, Nya does. You will know in detail the happenings within that one year and/or before in the flashbacks. Oh and by the way, the flashbacks are not in order. Don't worry, I'll always make a note on when the flashback or current happenings takes place. By current I meant a year after The Last Resort happened. Anyways, happy reading.

This is an Ninjago AU that happens after Skybound. So technically, I'm replacing Skybound with March of The Oni. So I'll be including some starter episodes of Skybound and combined it with the events of March of The Oni. If you haven't watch one of them or both of them, I recommend you do because they're really good. Anyway, the story starts with Clouse finding an ancient pot from the 1st age - where the Oni's captured. After he released the Oni and they started turning people into stones, Jay and Nya realises that they should peace out for a while to help their crumbling city.

Taking place shortly after the events of The Hands of Time: when a mission to save kidnapped kids goes wrong, a mysterious clan believes Jay holds the secret to a magic spell that can turn someone into a dragon. Nya, Kai, and the other ninja attempt to save Jay from the intelligent schemes of the clan. All the while, Jay learns more about the past of the Elemental Masters and has to decide whether or not to make a sacrifice to save his friends. I've never really written a fanfic before so go easy on me! I think this goes without saying but I don't own Ninjago or the character in Ninjago.
