This is a short story that I wrote for a school project. I'd had the idea for a little while before, and felt that it had potential to be an interesting piece of work. I believe it is a very powerful message and that many people will find this heart clenching. I warn you guys though, there is some graphic content and if you are worried that some of this could cause distress for you, I advise you not to read. I am not trying to bring back any memories for people or harm them in ANY way. This is solely for people interested to read. Is it safe? The main elevator was Ally's only way up to her apartment in New York City because the stairs were blocked off due to construction work.
