Hope, your resident lonely girl, always bitter, never liked this trip, as she never really liked the cold either. Josie Saltzman, the happy-go-lucky siphoner who enjoyed this trip more than most, she liked the snow, cuddling up by the fire and sipping freshly brewed hot cocoa. The two were polar opposites, put in a cabin together with Penelope and Lizzie, and weren't very fond of each other, other than being familiar with Josie's evil ex, Penelope. It seems like any typical rich kid vacation until the two roomies wake up to find themselves snowed in and unable to exit the cabin, they're all (especially hope and josie) forced to spend a week and a half trapped together up in the mountains. Josie and Hope's bond is found to begin to become tighter as they open up to each other while being kept inside. Will Hope end up warming up to Josie, or will they leave each other in the cold? When Rafael says he likes his brother's ex (Hope and Landon broke up in this), Josie's jealousy flares, making her realize that she still has a crush on Hope and might even be in love with her. When Lizzie asks how her sister feels about the tribrid, Jo discovers that she feels so many things with her, but without her she feels rather "Hope"less (pun very much intended)... Originally supposed to be a one-shot but once I hit about 5k words I realized that wasn't going to happen so now at 14k it's divided into chapters :)
