One night, Zim and Dib get abducted by unknown alien species, where they insert odd objects into their bodies. These weird objects give Zim and Dib the power to mutate and manipulate their bodies. This leads to them turning into horrific monsters. Follow Tak and Micheal, who find out about Zim and Dib have this horrific power, and they try their best to save them from their powers getting out of hand, in which he might be a little too late for Zim, as he figured out how to split his face like four, in which he turns into a Demagorgon-like creature, thus giving this form the Zimagorgon.

While Zim is at Earth the tallest stop talking to him. He doesn't know what is happening. about a week after that someone special comes back into his life and helps him in more ways than one, love and with himself.
