this is a tale of Callum and Rayla's story after season 2 . in this story Callums father is the king of the Startouch elves now embark with into this tale of fluff and adorableness.

This story starts part of the way through the last episode of The Dragon Prince season . Ezran and Corvus have split off to return to Katolis while Callum and Rayla continue into Xadia. Ezran feels like his brother is in trouble but must return to become king , Corvus takes him to go see an old friend of his who might be able to help. Meanwhile, Callum becomes a target for some bloodthirsty elves and Rayla must choose between her people and the dorky prince she has come to love. Soren and Claudia come to terms with their father's issues and seek to right past wrongs. None of the art is mine but I thought each piece went with it's chapter.

Viren was going to have a 3rd child around the same time Callum was born, but the child died shortly after being born. Viren, in a angry depressed state, takes baby Callum and raises him as his own. Will events play out like before? Will love still find a way to a person who feels almost nothing?

After the Final Battle Claudia is desperate. With her father dead and Soren siding with the elves all Claudia wants is for things to go back to the way they were before. Before the princes had discovered the egg of the dragon prince. Before that wretched elf, Rayla, had shown up. Before her life had been destroyed. With the help of her late father's bug friend, Aaravos, Claudia can create a false reality. In her new world, everything is the way it should be and there is no room for elves or dragons. Placed a few days after the season 2 finale of The Dragon Prince -> Rayla questions herself whether or not she should tell Callum about her feelings for him. What will be the consequences? Is he ready now his little brother has left? What about Claudia? While Rayla beliefs that Callum would never return her love. The two of them grow distant during the journey to The Dragon Queen. Callum thinks he knows how he feels about Claudia and Rayla and doesn't understand Rayla's behaviour. Perhaps this will change when Azymondias, the reason of their whole trip, turns out to know quite a bit about romance.
