Virgil and Deceit used to be super close when they lived together in the Darkspace, but that all changed when a certain light Side comes in search of Virgil and Deceit is then blackmailed into hurting his best friend. After Virgil had been accepted by the light Sides, he found himself spending more time in the Mindspace and has seemingly forgotten about his life in the Darkspace until the day him and Deceit end up trapped in the Mindspace together. Through out the story Virgil and Deceit face certain tragedies on their own in hopes to make it to the end. ;p Everything about the story came from @i_want_to_die_lmao I am simply the writer! ;p

Virgil over hears a conversation with Patton, Logan, and Roman an Thomas, he feels like he's alone and broken, the words hurt but everyone didn't realize what was happening until it was too late to help nor comprehend what may happen to there 'beloved' emo nightmare, Roman says things he didn't mean, will he be forgiven? Or will the worst come to worst.. Roman doesn't seem to notice at first but neither do the rest of them, but hey, how can they if Virgil always keeps things to himself? Thomas and his sides: Virgil, Roman, Patton, and Logan Deceit. Are all on a pretty big roller coaster ride what's known as 'life'. What will they do? Will Virgil's anxiety or habits affect Thomas? Will everyone work together as a family? "Virgil never wanted to be the bad guy, he was just doing his job" Virgil and Roman, are In love but need a few things patched together to have a healthy relationship. Patton and Logan don't know they like each other. Thomas is just really comfused. And deceit wants full control eventually. After the events of "Can Lying Be Good," an unwanted guest pays a visit to Virgil's room. If he isn't careful, the memories this encounter brings back could ruin his life as he knows it.

Deceit and Remus are overjoyed when the light sides,Patton Logan and Roman,let them join them and leave the dark behind. However, they were so focused on being good, that they forgot all about the two remaining dark sides. Jealousy, and Anxiety, otherwise known as paranoia and regret. After Deceit and Remus left, Jealousy took control, Anxiety being his puppet. Will the light sides find and help the youngest of the sides, or shall he remain nothing but a doll to evil? In this story, Virgil represents anxiety, paranoia and regret *anxceit*

Well it's basically what the title says. But I kept it short. I was mainly focusing on Virgil first joining The Darkside and leaving. Keep in mind that with the upcoming Sander Sides videos this may not be accurate at all. But I might as well have some fun with my little theory :P I will be writing the other darksides into this, but since I don't know their names or what they represent, I'll just put darkside 1 or 2 or 3. Anxiety's only goal was to protect someone and everyone in the Mindpalace from what has been haunting him for years. But lately, it all got a little too much and all the walls he built in order to keep his secret and protect everyone are falling down. Will anyone notice that what they thought was a rock is crumpling down like an house of cards?

Virgil's whole family believes that the LGBTQ+ community is a sin. Virgil didn't know why. He just went along with everything his family did and say. His cousin was kicked out of his family for being Pansexual. Virgil missed him so much. It wasn't until college until they see each other again that he realizes his cousin has been through so much. But, Virgil has also been through so much bullying, Anxiety, and Depression. But, there was a family who adopted his cousin. Someone that Virgil was least expecting to fall in love with... his name was Roman.

So basically this is going to be a Sanders sides Fanfic in a Tangled (the movie) AU. It isn't going to be exactly the same as the movie, I will make my own changes and all. And I'm debating on if I want there to be singing. Should there be singing? Anyway So yeah, onto the actual description. In a kingdom, far far away, there lives a kingdom with a sorrowful king and queen. Why are they sorrowful? The Prince, the king and queens son, was kidnapped after a few weeks of his birth, leaving the two parents to mourn for their missing son. <~> Virgil is seventeen and had lived in the tower all his life, his father never letting him leave. He has never touched the ground, has never run through the summer grass, has never touched snow, or swam, or gone to a festival, or anything. He reads the books he has, he paints on the walls (if he can find a place to), he cleans and cooks and learns to sew and spends his days dreaming of the outside and finding new things to do. Every night on his birthday, thousands of stars enter the sky that never show up on any other day. He Kong's to go out there and see them even better then he can through the window of the tower. But father would never allow it. But then, somethings happens. Three men show up in his tower. They offer to take him to see the lights. To go outside. Will he take this once in a life time chance? Or will he let the opportunity slip through his fingers? What will his father do? Who is Virgil really? Note: there is lgbt relationships ( mainly LAMP/CALM). There is also kidnapping, violence, possibly blood, and vulgar language and such.
