This is a newer, more up to date version of my anticipated sequel to @CandleTheCat 's series Factory Reset. Me and him sat down for hours to discuss the changes I made, to make it feel more like a Factory Reset entry, but also keep my style of story telling.

Erin White is a 17-year-old white wolf living in the year 2051. For as long as he has known, anthro's and humans have been segregated with humans being at the top of command. Life for him and his family is challenging in Apartment Complex 10, District 8, with poverty rates at nearly 100 percent, and almost all hope being lost. Things suddenly take a turn for the worst though when Erin is taken by the government along with many other anthros and forced to train for and fight in a war taking place in the year 2255. With his family at risk if he doesn't comply, he is sent to the future. Things don't go according to plan though and he arrives 9 years early, all alone in an unforgiving futuristic world.

Living in a world full of supernatural occurrences is a wonder to behold. Having supernatural abilities is considered a blessing from the gods. That is, depending on what abilities you are "blessed" with. The species you are born as decides your abilities. Even so, there is only a 6% chance you are born with abilities at all. They're called the gifted, and throughout history there have been several subtypes of abilities that have been lost to time, being eradicated by the dominant species. To identify gifted is simple, they say the eyes are the doors to the soul for a reason. The color of ones eyes tells all. - Small animals as a whole adapted over time to make sound manipulation the only gift that is not determined specifically by species, being the last existing subtype. This ability includes amplifying or neutralizing sound to your liking and emitting any frequency at will. They can be made known by their piercing Black eyes. - The gifted Felines with vivid teal eyes, are given the power to control the flow of the air around them. - Dragons can be gifted with the ability to control and conjure fire, with royal purple eyes that can be seen even through the fire they burn. - Horses manipulate electricity and at great enough power can conjure lightning. With eyes described as white like the gateway to heaven. - Canines are the most complicated of the gifted. Some are gifted with what is called light powers, being able to heal wounds with a touch, and calm the mind and soul with a whisper. Conjuring things that help life and its growth with a warm and welcoming blue is their eyes. On the other hand, some canines are cursed with dark powers, controlling negative energy, shadows, and the ability to conjure illusions of their choice and cause emotional disturbances with a whisper. Finally they are able to visit the afterlife. Their scarlet red eyes are seen to symbolize how dangerous they are. Society hates these hellhounds, but are they all bad?

When Ysara first came aboard the strange airship of the goat-like satyrs, she never dreamed that she would be swept away on an adventure into the wild jungles of Neshat. Fortunately, the serpent girl was born in that savage land, and perhaps that is why the mysterious satyrs have chosen to kidnap her! Now, the young healer finds herself acting as a replacement for the ship's doctor, lost in an accident that no one aboard the airship wants to talk about. Together with a fox-kin mage and a mouse girl who likes to blow things up, Ysara must learn the secret of the satyrs' quest, and try to keep everyone alive in the process. Maybe Ysara can convince that cute satyr boy to let her in on the captain's plans? (This story takes place in the world of The Songreaver's Tale fantasy series and further explores this magical realm)
