Since Hayley was a human; she didn't really believe in werewolves apart from a few books she had read as a child. She certainly did not understand why Blake stuck to her like glue and though she kept pushing him away, the mate bond always made her feel attracted to him. The thing is that Hayley had vowed not to let another person enter her life ever since her most precious thing in life had gotten hurt. Her little sister, Mia.
