This will just include any drabbles, art, or general information about the AU- I stopped writing the story a bit ago - In simple terms, the hermits were all technically immortal, aging wasn't a concept that existed and as long as they stayed safe, it was possible that they could live for millennials. However, the singular red heart that hovered over their wrists served as the not-so-friendly reminder that life was a one time thing that'll end some day. Although the hermits may be unable to age, injuries and sickness could still wipe them out faster than the speed of light. The concept was quite scary, and the hermits did their best to keep safe at all times. Who knew what came after death? The assumption had always been that once it were gone, you would never come back. When an accident results in the death of the server's beloved admin, many questions are raised as the void walker returns to the world of the living- and few of them would be answered. Why did his body change in the way it did? How exactly was he able to come back to life? Was this the only time it would be happening? And why did Grian seem to know more than he let on?

"But," he started, tilting the player's chin up with the tip of his sword. "Every ruler has their downfall eventually." The Watcher smirked at the player, a triumphant glint in his eyes. "While that may be true, we don't rule." The player leaned back, kicking the sword out of his face and, faster than the blink of an eye, held the Watcher at bow-point. "We protect." I thought I'd have a go at writing this up, even though I have ZERO writing talent. But here goes... This au takes place in a hardcore setting (once someone dies, they can't respawn). It is set during the mayoral race, when Mumbo and Grian's campaign isn't doing too well. They both decide to confront Grumbot for one last-minute idea before voting day. What Grian didn't expect was that Grumbot had a much sinister way of dealing with things than they originally thought...

Grian logged out one night on the server, but hasn't been on seen since. With no communication with him for days, the hermits turn to Mumbo. They ask if he can go visit Grian again. Hope you enjoy <3
