In this world, wings are considered rare. There's a horrible hobby that's quite liked among rich people: Wing Collecting There's a rarity system. The most expensive, rare wings are pure white. USSR is the only person to figure out how to remove wings harmlessly and without damaging them, so winged countries are brought to him to get their wings removed.

This story is old and I know it says last updated in August 2022, but the last part was actually published in March 2020.
