The mask convinced the doctor to keep it, to put it on. They became partners. They learned more and more about each other. But then, a horrible thing happened. They spilt. Many years past before they saw each other again. A single breach that caused a wave of feelings back in. Love. The Foundation is an organization dedicated to keep the monsters that lurk in the dark at bay, to protect those in the light. But what did those monsters do, during a time when there was no such Foundation to hinder their schemes? For a porcelain mask and a plague doctor, attempt to change the world. But perhaps, they'd find such a task not to be so easy. Especially when they each stood in each other's way. Love can be a beautiful burden, no?
