When Aang goes missing, Katara goes to Zuko for help. But she falls in love.

Katara is captured at a young age by the Fire Nation. She was brought across the sea to the Fire Nation capital. Only to find the Fire Lord and his family standing right in front of her.

Katara is 18 and the Southern Water Tribe has held an uneasy allegiance with the Fire Nation for the last 100 or so years. When Katara's tribe goes through a food shortage, Katara takes it upon herself to make sure they survive. She agrees to enter a competition where the young Prince Zuko will choose a wife out of 35 women. Katara promises herself she only has to last a day until a truce she can't ignore is offered, and now Katara is in it for the long haul. A Zutara! Selection AU. Katara is from a village on the south pole and is forced to marry Prince Zuko. Can she be happy with him? Can she learn to love him?

The Hundred Year War is finally over, and Team Avatar is still on the go. But what is the team up to? When Katara is filled with anger and confusion after a terrible incident, what will it lead to? Revenge? A runaway? Another quest? Or, will it even possibly lead to love? Other ships will be included in here, but zutara is main. I do not own "Avatar: The Last Airbender".

Its been a year since Avatar Aang defeated the fire lord. Aang has told Katara how he truly feels about her. But what happens when he runs into major problems?

Water, earth, fire and air. Long ago the four nations lived peacefully, all of that changed when the firenation atacked. Only the avatar, master of all four elements could stop them but when we needed him the most, he vanished. Me and my brother discovered a new avatar, an airbender named aang and even though his airbending skills where really good, he has a lot to learn before he's ready to save the world. He went through a lof of tragedies before he could defeat fire lord ozai...After the war was finally over, Zuko became the new firelord and Zuko, Mai, Aang, Katara, Sokka and Suki all start a new life after the war was over.

This story takes place after the war has settled. Aang and Katara finally together, Zuko the firelord, Sokka being,...well Sokka, Toph happy and never to return home, and the nations were finally at peace. When team Avatar decides to return to the southern water tribe to visit Sokka and Katara's family, they end up bringing Zuko along, giving him a well deserved break of running the fire nation. However, feelings start to make themselves known. Feelings that Aang doesn't like, little does he know he ends up pushing Katara into the arms of the edgy firebender, which was the last thing he was trying to do. Will this new romantic relationship tear team Avatar apart? Will it make them stronger? Will Katara's new found heated relationship be accepted by her tribe? Can the group move past it, and continue on? Will Aang ever get over Katara and find someone new? Knowing it's never easy ridding the feeling of that first love. And one of the most importance will Zuko find his mother? On a different note Azula, the sister of the new firelord, has been in prison for quite some time, there is obviously no way of her being released on good behavior. She plans to escape and find Tai Lee and Mai and "ask" them once again to join her side and take her revenge on her brother Zuko, Katara, their friends, and the Avatar. And plans to overthrow and take over the fire nation, feeling that her father apparently wasn't strong enough to hold his place.
