Rakim Mayers best known as Rocky on the streets finds his life being strangely rearranged when he begins to find interest in a girl named Skylar. Getting girls has never been a problem for Rocky due to his good looks, irresistible sweet charm and street wits but, Skylar isn't like the other girls and Rocky just can't help but to feel drawn to her.
