'An eating disorder usually characterized by an unhealthy obsession with losing weight.' And Virgil feels nothing monumental. No big realization or repulsion to the words. It's just what it is. Virgil has anorexia. Anorexia nervosa. (This is a fiction based on the Sander's Sides series from youtuber Thomas Sanders! Ship is polysanders/LAMP, but the main focus isn't on romance. The only characters are the four sides!)
