If they were to bring Ben Solo back this is how I think they could do it.

Ben Solo deserves to live as much as Rey does. The Force has kept them alive thus far, but there is no telling where it will take them now... I watched RoS... and I would die for Ben Solo so here we are writing this for y'all to enjoy. Beware the fluff-angst.
