This is a collection of recipes and reminiscences from over sixty years of boating and cooking aboard. A large part of my inspiration comes from visiting eighty-five countries and experiencing their cuisines. Though I have no professional training, I was an instructor in a major culinary school in the mid-1980s.

After all, why would he let a world-wide apocalypse and a few murders prevent him from making a profit? The parts I publish initially will be 90% where I want them to be.
