The normal humans, who later call themselves MWS (Magic-weilders Subjugation Organization) decide that magicians and metal vessel users are far too strong, too dangerous. The MWS begin locking up any race that had power. Magicians, dungeon capturers' djinn, household users, magi, and even the Fanalis and Imuchakk.
