The rest live all throughout the continent, some live on neighboring islands but there is a place where the worst of the worst reside. Outside giant walls that go around the large city of Concretia, on the outskirts live humans that have been discriminated and thrown to survive on their own. The outer circle of the continent is much larger than the main city, it's a dangerous area where all human waste from the top 30%, and a place governed by the top Crews of the world. A gangster filled area with thieves, bandits, pirates, gangs, gang bosses and much more. A near lawless mass of land split among the 7 largest gangs called Sections. In the worst Section a boy by the name of Malek is born. He may be an idiot, but his ambition to completely flip this world on its head is something this world may or may not be prepared for.
