Since then, Cagney never liked anyone, not even their heroes Cuphead and Mugman. It wasn't until one day a familiar ghost came to visit them. And Cagney felt different, but will it last?

Ten years after the curse, the citizens of Inkwell Island prepare for the winter holidays. When Specter and Cagney find that the familiar clouds they've seen have changed, they try to find out what has already happened and what will happen.
