After the sacrifice of Optimus Pax Prime for the survival of Cybertron, his father and guardian of the allspark granted him another chance at life. But this time, as a human. He now has to face his past life in a new view. His wife. Kids and daily basics are all now a new challenge with his new body. Not to mention the fact that he returns to Cybertron to face Megatron and the others. But, how will he survive? Will he? Or will he just quit and die...for real.

All based off of the mentions of "An Imperial Affliction" in "The Fault in Our Stars". This is MY personal interpretation of John Green's description of "An Imperial Affliction". Hopefully my work is as good as read as his, and it's worry if Hazel Grace and Augustus Waters's approval:)
