I love the idea of Destiel, that a human and an angel can move beyond the physical boundaries of the human body, and find something deeper in each other, during a time when they are both ships tossing in a chaotic sea of emotions, and at a time when their lives are absolutely falling apart. They cling to one another, each becoming the other's safe harbor. It's transcends sex, moves beyond the fact that they are both in male form. It is love in its purest form, and it is on a deep and spiritual level. The idea that someone as broken as Dean Winchester can find someone that can see past the darkest parts of himself to the light within and still love him I think is the most beautiful thing on earth. A case comes up at a councelling retreat and Sam, Dean and Cas go to check it out. Sam snatches up the only job vacancy forcing Cas and Dean to go in as a couple. None of them expect the events that unfold (but they kinda do).

Cas is human and lives in the Bunker with Sam, Dean and Kevin. Sometimes they go hunting but it's mostly quiet in the supernatural world. After one particular hunt it gets hard for Dean to keep his feelings towards Castiel a secret any longer. But what will happen if Cas finds out what Dean really feels about him? This is my first Fanfiction and English is not my first language, so please be nice! . The Fic is set nowhere special I am just taking all the facts and mix them up so please don't be confused when I mention things from season 11 although Cas is human. Dean always wondered what Castiel's wings looked like. He'd seen the great, intimidating shadows that Cas used to get his way, but never more than that. That was about to change. When angels attack the brothers for an unknown reason, they call upon Castiel for help. He brings a friend, but it doesn't quite go to plan.

After a divine intervention Dean is left mark free. When the number of cases starts to decrease he finds himself with time on his hands, and that means time to think, something he hates to do for too long. It's with a slow realization that his feelings for Castiel are more than simple friendship, but he doesn't know how to tell him as much, or how his brother Sam will take the news. So he swallows down these feelings and tries to get on with his life after Castiel leaves them to seek out his own existence. Then someone comes into his life that changes everything, but will it change how he feels about Cas? And will Cas ever realize how he feels in return about Dean?
