I'm awful at descriptions, but it's basically what you would expect from a fic.

Jahseh lives with his girlfriend Nikki. They have a baby together and continue with their lives.

When a neighbor moves in near Jahseh she wasn't expecting all that came with being his neighbor. Jahseh being a father in a struggling relationship just trying to do what's best for his family. She probably thought she'd never really fool with her neighbors, guess she was wrong.
