"Then what do you want me to tell you." King yelled causing me to jump a little. Never had he raised his voice at me or even spoke this way to me. But I guess there was a first for everything. I took a deep breath before closing my eyes. I was close. He was close. I was so close that my chest laid against his and I could feel the thuds of his heartbeat. Neither one of us moved because we knew we what we wanted. We knew it from the first day we met each other. Fighting back the tears that formed in the back of my eyes I spoke. "Tell me how we'll be lovers and friends."
