This is a My Hero Academia Alternate Universe. As well as having quirks, everyone can shape shift. The majority of the population finds their Final Form, this is like their Spirit Animal. They grow certain parts of their animal (ears, tail, scales) and can only turn into that animals for the rest of their life. Until you receive your Final Form you are referred to as a Shifter, people with Forms are referred to as The Formed. This is because they have 'found their other half, they are fully formed'. The average maturing age is usually between 8-12 but it can happen at any time. 10% of the population never receives their Final Form, they are looked down on in society. People think of them as more animal than human, they are often kidnapped, bred and sold illegally as pets. Deku is a Shifter, and he just started at UA. Shinsou and Dabi will play a part in this as well as Aizawa, All Might and Class 1A. Will probably be BakuDeku with a little TodoDeku. Not Todobakudeku!
