Gia is a 15 year old girl living her best life in Seattle. On her sixteenth birthday, her aunt tells her a deep family secret. Before Gia can hear all of it, there is an explosion outside. Gia is saved from a unknown rescuer and follows them into the portal to the unknown realm. Soon, Gia realizes that it's not just any realm that you read in fantasy books, but there was much more that beats the eye. Will Gia uncover the secrets of the realm? Most importantly, will she discover where she came from?

This is my second apply fic and hopefully it's as well-received as the first! It is interactive just like my first, so I will sometimes PM you to ask what your character would do in certain situations! OPEN CLOSED ✔︎ Far in the future, in the year 3002, a new experiment is being carried out, in secret from the public, a SETA lab spreading widely underground, beneath the streets of London. SETA (The society of enhancement through animals) has been taking children every year for their experiments, injecting them with animal DNA in order to enhance their senses. Some of their employees have seen the effects of these trials and are coming together to get the children out. A group of suffering children and inexperienced scientists come together to right the wrongs that have been done to the world. When this tale spirals into darkness, who will come out alive? On a world called Arken, one much like ours, humans and Animals are one in the same. Centaurs, minotaurs, fauns, Mermaids and all other kinds aren't a myth, they are as real as you and me, and they are called Anumans. Every one hundred years, each kingom, whether on land or ocean, hold a competition for it's throne, one Young heir from each animal type can compete in the games, the best suited for their terrain wins.
