Bullet Elsbeth Devine lives in a post-apocalyptic world where people have powers. She has telekinesis, telepathy, and has mind control. When she was 13 she got captured and put into a camp. Now 16, Bullet escapes, thanks to a girl named Mercury, who's in charge of another organization for children, PSI league. After escaping, she finds Colton, Lapiz, and Platinum who also have powers. During their time together, they find something new about Lapiz that the magazine never talked about. When they found this out, they begin an adventure to find out exactly what Lapiz is. Along the way, they meet new people like Jasper who help them with supplies.
