For once, gran didn't look so good. That ever present spark in her eyes was... not there. Even her lips looked pale. "Gran, are you OK?" She lifted her head from the pillow and looked at me. Never had I seen her look in so much pain like this, like she was haunted. "No, I'm not. I'm so sorry. I never meant to... I never meant for... I would have never have done it if I had known I would raise something from Hell itself!" A cold ran throughout me, my blood felt like it stopped flowing. "I'm sorry, dear. But I was the one who raised the vampire and I think it wants to kill you!" An unreal feeling went down my spine. Wasn't this a dream? Wasn't this going to end soon? Then like a static storm, the sparks rose up again. The same ones only I seemed to be able to feel and I knew then that he was in the room, that he'd been in the room before we had. "My dear Sally, I fear you've misunderstood. It pains me that you would think I would hurt a family member of yours after you saved me, let alone kill the woman I plan on spending the rest of my eternal life with". "First and foremost! I love this story! I love the quirky attitude and personality of the females in this book, especially Grandma. It's bloody Fantastic." - Soullessliving review.

WATTPAD BOOKS EDITION. Bound by fate. Divided by duty. Yenni has never been this far from home. With only her wits, her strength, and her sacred runelore, the fierce Yirba warrior princess is alone in the Empire of Cresh. She will not fail. No one warned her about the dragons. Especially not about him. Yet there is something powerful and compelling about the violet-black dragon known as Weysh. But other magics must be at work here, because Weysh might just be her best hope at finding the answers she seeks. Only now Yenni can't tell if she's fighting an attraction to a dragon . . . or fighting fate itself.

(Rewrite is going on RoyalRoad) Every dwarven city has its Spark, one that grants life to the great artifices carved into living rock and cruel steel by the god Tek himself. A machine set in motion when the turning of the world began again, Dhuldarim has survived millennia without faltering. Until now. The Spark, it seems, is going out. Divine help is impossible: the great god Tek is silent, slumbering where none can reach. The ingenuity of dwarves is their only hope of salvation. To return the Spark, a great power is needed-power that can only be found in the Deep. To trespass so into the depths of the earth is suicide even for a dwarf, but the Heartforge has spoken: Tali Khondurahl must go, and go alone. There are things that live in the Deep, they say, that dream of the red flower wielded by the dwarves. They dream...and they hate. Aided on her journey by a golem of stone, a siren freed from eternal imprisonment in the Deep, a human mage far from home, a strange deep-dweller, and a scion of her people's most ancient foe, Tali must face an evil so powerful it has survived the millenium since the Revealing without interruption, lording over a dominion of misery and subjugation. With every leg of the journey, loyalties become increasingly divided. In the end, it is her choices that shape the future of Dhuldarim and its ancient enemies alike.
