When Frisk somehow manages to trick Chara into thinking there's free chocolate if they don't take Frisk's soul, and resurrecting their body, they get a little bit too clingy to Chara. Obviously, Chara is slightly disappointed that they were able to be so easily tricked, and for the lack of chocolate.
