Hunters are part of an organization that capture psychics and are used for governmental experiments from scientists used to work for the government, but got fired for using to much abuse in their test subjects. And now those scientists are crazy and mental . Psychics. Her brother is a psychic. Along with his group of friends called "Category Psychic". How relaxing.

She didn't think this would happen. I mean, they ARE in Earth, but not like this! Angel Snow was an average high school student that was heading off to school for the first day of school. Who apparently is an Otaku and LOVES Hetalia. One day, she was watching Hetalia and noticed a shooting star pass by her window. She made a wish for her life in school to be more like Hetalia, so she could at least enjoy herself. Guess that "Be careful what you wish for" metaphor turned out to be true!
