Kai, Cole, and Jay, get turned into children thanks to Garmadon's mega weapon. Sensei Wu goes off to get the cure to change the ninja back, leaving Nya and Lloyd to take care of the boys. (I can't really write Zane that well, so that's the only reason he isn't here)

One day Kai has a nightmare, but was it really just that, a nightmare or was it something else.

What if in the Season 1 episode, The Green Ninja, Lord Garmadon saved Lloyd and the Ninja escaped. But Kai was trapped in the volcano. 3 years later, two figures, Dark Samurai and Dark Fury emerge to cause terror for Ninjago. Who are they? And what do they want?

I've ready many stories where one of the ninja had become a slave. Well, I've never seen nor heard one where Kai was a slave. Kai was born into slavery, his mother wasn't Maya, the wife of Ray Smith. No, his mother had been a teenage girl, only seventeen years old. When she had Kai, he was ripped from her arms and she was taken away. Now when Kai turned sixteen, the ninja busted up the camp he was in. After finding hem, Wu took Kai in the rehabilitateand to help reunite Kai with his mother. But Kai holds a secret, one he fears he'll be punished for if he shows. Follow Kai in his journey as he learns that not all people are bad, gains bonds greater than ones he's lost. And learning to finally let go and let the fire burn.

The ninja lose Kai in season 3 in an incident of a ginormous explosion . They are sad , a new ninja joins the team to replace Kai , but they didn't know one thing... their old friend is still out there... half demon... half dead... In going to give some credit to @SHeeBA444 , her story gave me an idea for this story .

Some strange beings have began to crawl out of the darkness. Even strange things have began to happen with secrets and stories behind them that need to be found and saved by the Ninja. Before the time comes... I got this idea from reading a story on archive of our own. The original is called three days. I didn't like how it ended so, I'll post the original along with how it should go from there. I hope you like it.
