In this fanfic Todoroki is trying to deny his feelings for Momo. He thinks if he ignores them and focuses on becoming the number one hero they will go away. To him, love is a set up for heart break... so he shut off all emotions. But with Momo... its different. Momo, tall, pretty, smart. She seems like the whole package.
