They mock it as a coward's quirk. Izuku's quirk is called 'Calm' and when active it causes all those within a 60 meter radius to lose all sense of aggression towards him. The effects linger even after the quirk deactivates or the victim leaves the hit-range. The more often someone is exposed to his quirk the longer and stronger the effects will stay with the person.
