Android 21 creates a device on Earth with the help of Bulma. The Device breaks down dimensions, creating a portal to a parallel dimension. When 21 test runs the device, it creates a blue portal that's small enough to fit in your hand. She activates the portal, which expands it to where it's big enough for humans to enter. She steps through and finds herself in a city called Musutafu. She walks until she finds herself in front of building called Aldera Junior High. 21 looks at the top of the school only to see a boy with green and black hair to jump off. Does she save him? Does she leave him to his fate?

Izuku midoriya is a boy who was born with unnatural features like galaxy coloured eyes and hair that flow like waves through the air that isn't the most surprising part yet though his hair it looks like it itself is a universe, this causes him to look like a god but if you ever talk to him you will notice his aura it gives off power not even a god could withstand his aura feels like the whole multiverse is crushing down on you at once,but if you ever talk to him he seems too shy and meek to actually be able to do that because of this he is homeschooled and when he gets his quirk at the age of 4,oh ho hooooo how you will be in for a treat,join In his adventure through his life and let's see what happens in this tale (I only own the plot all credit of original anime/manga goes to toshikori at least I think that's his name and Akira toriyama,i dont own tokyo ghoul or fairytail either okay.ok look i dont own anything but the plot.)

Izuku Midoriya Quirkless until some scientist captured and killed his parents. They tested new drugs and other things. They finally made a way when a man from another demension showed them away. He went into a test tube and got struck by lightning and went through a 6 month coma. When he woke up he was surprised to find that he had a quirk, but what he was devastated to find that he was saved by the heros and was adopted by the U.A staff. What if Izuku got a quirk that was basically built for him a shield hero quirk. only thing I'm changing is giving him a pop up menu on the shield and original shield's. obviously he don't have health bars or a hud. Also, I don't suck at writing anymore so this shits going to be easy to read now.
