Doctor Izuku's quirkless and he wanted those heroes to experience what it is like to be quirkless. People theorize that the reason behind the disappearance of the hero's quirks is because of his own quirk but in reality, it's just because of the drug that he invented. He sometimes purposely mess up during his operations when he's handling a patient that is a hero making them paralyzed or in best cases dead. Inspired by Daric Art, Calladraws, Azelma and the tons and tons of villain Deku Au's I've read and watched.

Being a villain is considerably different to what most people imagine. To Izuku Midoriya, being a villain means that he's free to do what he wants, when he wants. Except when his not so heroic room mates are being more dickish than usual.
