The Ki present in humans laying dormant have infused with the body, evolving humans and granting them Super Powers called "Quirks" after generations and generations of quirks, they are now more powerful than ever. But a new threat has been created, the man with too much quirks, the man who can disassemble stuff, a handy manchild, and a handy manchild with a lot of quirks! The Earth ,now without its Saiyan protectors, needs someone to save it! Go! Izuku Midoriya, the Earth's newest saiyan warrior, successor of Goku and Vegeta!
