Completed Stiles Stilinski was never really sure how he felt about Derek Hale, the sarcastic and moody werewolf who was always around. They had their moments, where Derek did something nice and Stiles started to like him a little more, but were they friends? He never really thought about it. When something goes wrong and people turn up missing, Stiles and Derek are forced to search for them. It took Stiles about a week to figure out that he shared his apartment building with someone who very well may be the hottest man he's ever seen. It then took about three weeks to narrow down which of the possible six floors he lives on. After that it takes another week to figure out that the guy works as an EMT because he’s in the elevator wearing his tight uniform and Stiles didn’t think it was possible for the guy to look hotter, but it is totally possible.

Stiles moves into a new apartment and to begin with, things are great. He even tries to befriend his grumpy neighbour who makes a lot of noise at night. But when things begin to break, he finds out why the seemingly nice place was so cheap. AU, no werewolves.
