A strange and violent virus has swept among them, many have fallen and the remainder that still live such as the Elder Council will stop at nothing to find a cure. Catherine was only twenty-one, fresh into the world and her very first apartment. Though with a sudden curve of events that could only be believed as a dream, Catherine is forced into a life she never knew could've existed. Danger exists at every corner for her, coming at her for the secret the blood in her veins has hidden her whole life. Her blood holds the cure to a whole species- she is their Saviour.
